Economic and Social Effects of Climate and Energy Policies

CLIMAD-CM, which stands for Economic and Social Effects of Climate and Energy Policies – Comunidad de Madrid, is a joint research program funded from the regional government of Madrid and the European Social Fund for the period 2025-2028 (PHS-2024/PH-HUM-126), which aims to develop and apply advanced methodologies to evaluate the design of climate and energy policies and their socio-economic impacts. The analysis is carried out through an interdisciplinary approach, combining knowledge from various fields of economics (Microeconomics, Microeconometrics, Macroeconomics, Political Economy) to comprehensively address the challenges of climate change and the Energy Transition.
